  	Do you have a store? For the moment our store-front is our Website. It contains everything you need to do your online shopping, including a shopping cart, payment options and links to alternative online payments. We are looking to open a retail store in the city of Napa, CA. We will announce our "Grand Opening" when it is open for business, along with the address, directions and hours of operation.   	What payment options do you offer? We offer Visa & MasterCard payments along with PayPal where you can use most any type of credit card payments including your: American Express, Discover. We also accept checks but they must clear before shippment of merchandise. To use PayPal, use the link provided below and follow the instructions on paying with your PayPal account. You may also sign up for a PayPal account at their website if you do not have one. For mail-in payments such as check or money order, print out your finished purchases and mail to the address provided. Please print and keep a copy for your records. Your products will be sent upon receipt of payment. For Napa Valley residents, call our business office if you would like to use cash for your purchase(s). An associate will be happy to help.   	What is your "return" policy? You may return an unused item(s) within 30 days from date of purchase. All returned items must be "unused" and returned in there original packaging. If an item is damaged and you have purchased insurance for the item(s), then you must inform us immediately by email or call us to let us know. Seller is not responsible for items that have been damadged by mail/postal cariers etc. Customer/buyers will be responsible only for the return postage of the damaged item. We will replace with a duplicate item(s) or exchange it for something of equal value at your request. We will mail you the replacement item(s) upon evaluation of said product(s) and inform you of our decision after inspection by phone or email. You may call or email for updates at any time.   	Do you sell wholesale? Yes. For retailers interested in purchasing wholesale/resale, please send us an email along with contact name, phone number, resale#, city and state. An associate will contact you within 2-4 business days. Back to top
  	What if you do not have an item I ordered? In cases such as this we handle it similiar to a "backorder". We give you the option to replace/exchange the item for similar merchandise. If you choose not to exchange the item, we will return your refund in the manner of which you paid. Allow up to 10 days for a credit for merchandise.
